What a Delhi NCR wedding actually involves

Delhi NCR gives you every venue type in one city and every complication with it. Hotel ballrooms sell in-house catering with a minimum spend. Farmhouses in Chhatarpur, Rajokri and on Sohna Road hand you a lawn, and the planner builds the rest. Guests cross three cities at peak hour, so baraat and arrival windows are set around traffic. Published venue guides list overtime at ₹25,000 to 1 lakh an hour, corkage at ₹500 to 1,500 a bottle, valet at ₹15,000 to 40,000 and genset charges of ₹15,000 to 50,000. Delhi's one-day liquor permit is published at ₹15,000 for banquets and farmhouses. GST is usually extra.

One planning lead carries each wedding; the design studio, the hospitality team and the operations team sit behind that lead. A hospitality desk runs room blocks, airport transfers, a guest travel document and a 24-hour helpline for outstation guests. On the day a five-person team holds vendors, timeline, baraat and family on a 12-hour shift. Planning collections for a Delhi NCR wedding of about 150 guests are ₹2.5, 3.5 or 5 lakh plus GST, a fixed fee, never a percentage. Coordination alone is ₹50,000 plus GST a day. Content creators start at ₹15,000.
