For a city-centre wedding with rooms and catering under one roof, JW Marriott in Sector 35. For lawns, golf-course views and the Shivalik hills, Forest Hill in Karoran, about ten minutes from PGIMER. The right one depends on guest count, functions and how many guests need rooms.
By Marriott's own capacity chart, the Grand Ballroom seats 600 for a banquet and holds 900 for a reception, and the ballroom lawns hold up to 1,200. The Living Room takes 150 seated or 300 standing, which suits a mehendi or cocktail evening.
Forest Hill sits in Village Karoran, in Mohali district, about ten minutes' drive from PGIMER. It is a 2,000-acre golf and country resort beside the Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary, with lawns, banquet spaces and open-air venues set against the Shivalik hills.
Yes. We plan the Anand Karaj around the gurdwara's timings, usually a morning ceremony, and carry the milni, jaago, mehendi and sangeet around it, so the family is present for every moment.
Our fee is published and fixed, not a percentage of the budget. Planning collections start from ₹2,50,000 plus GST, and the right collection depends on guest count, number of functions and travel. We give you the number on the first call.
Twelve months out for the peak season, November to February, when the best muhurat dates and venues go first. Fix the date with your pandit, then lock the venue and room block together.
