Pre-wedding coordination services
Venue selection and negotiation, capacity assessment, permitting and regulatory compliance, vendor RFQ and quote management, budget tracking, backup plans for weather or logistics changes, and detailed floor plans with guest flow mapping.
Day-of execution
Guest arrival and check-in coordination, vendor arrival and setup supervision, event timing management (all ceremonies and receptions stay on schedule), real-time problem-solving for unexpected issues, photography and videography team positioning, and ceremony rehearsal coordination.
